LIC Carpark Development Hamilton

Client – Livestock Improvement

Livestock Improvement Centre needed to expand their Head Office Carpark in Newstead Hamilton. They engaged CCS to develop the space where the current stormwater pond for the site was situated into a car park. This resulted in an underground system being developed for storage of stormwater, to allow the new carpark to cover all available land.

The project involved the construction of two new carparks, including earthworks, pavement construction, drainage, soakholes, kerb and channel and asphalt surfacing. CCS also completed the construction of the keystone wall and the new landscaped garden areas. Additional works were added to provide extra car park spaces in other areas of the LIC grounds. CCS worked with Higgins and Waikato Construction to complete the project, establishing great working relationships with these sub-contractors.
